TRACKING MY ORDER
Once the order has been placed, an e-mail will be sent to the address indicated in the order. The email will contain a link where you can track the status of your order at any time.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
In the event that an incorrect delivery address is entered by mistake, you should contact our customer service via email (info@seanergynature.com) to report the problem and an additional shipping charge will be incurred. Due to this, we recommend that you check that all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted in two cases:
1. Product in poor condition or defective: If your product arrives in poor condition or defective you must contact our customer service department via email (info@seanergynature.com) to make the return.
2. Unwanted product or for other reasons: you can return unwanted products in good condition provided that the following conditions are met:
You have 14 working days from the day of purchase to return the product.
Used products cannot be returned.
We do not accept the return of opened products
The product must be returned in its original packaging/box.
We do not accept returns of products with damaged or modified original packaging/box.
To make the return you must contact our customer service department via email (info@seanergynature.com).
RETURN OPTIONS
When returning a product you have different options:
Refund of the amount paid
Exchange of one reference for another (in the event that the returned product has a higher amount, the difference will be credited, on the other hand, if the amount of the returned product is lower, the customer must pay the difference).
Replacement of the same reference if the product is damaged or in poor condition.
The refund of the amount paid or the replacement of the product will be made upon receipt of the package in our warehouses within 7 working days. In the case of a defective or damaged product, an analysis of the product will be carried out and the process could take up to 2 more working days.
RETURN PRICE
If the product is in bad condition or defective, you will NOT have to pay the shipping costs.
In case of return of unwanted product in good condition the customer must pay the corresponding shipping costs.
